Sources are telling me the Academy Award winning actress is getting ready to fire her agent and manager due to the poor movie roles that have come her way since she won the Oscar for "Monster's Ball". According to a source close to Berry, she is ready to start fresh and is looking for representation that will fight to give her more original and demanding roles. Some in the know say Berry, who has two movies being released this year, is feeling like her time has passed and she is working hard to avoid that at any cost.
