Hot Mess of the Week!!!!!!!
Just wanted to take a little break from celebrity gossip to bring you a new feature called Hot Mess of the Week. This week's hot mess goes to this girl by the U Street Metro Station who dared to wear freaking rain boots in the summer with no rain. Where they do that at? She must not have friends who love her. What do you guys think? Is she a hot mess or what?
